The working process of zeolite wheel is mainly divided into three zones: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooling zone. In the adsorption zone, when the exhaust gas passes through the zeolite wheel, the VOCs are adsorbed in the micropores of the zeolite, achieving preliminary purification of the exhaust gas, and the purified exhaust gas is discharged. As the wheel rotates, the saturated adsorption part enters the desorption zone, and the VOCs adsorbed on the zeolite are desorbed by heating, resulting in a significant concentration of the desorbed gas. The desorbed rotor enters the cooling zone, and a small portion of the exhaust gas is sent to the cooling zone to cool the rotor and restore its adsorption capacity. The cooled air is heated to a certain temperature and then used as desorbed air to enter the desorption zone, forming a cycle and achieving energy saving. Zeolite rotary wheels have many advantages, such as high adsorption efficiency of over 95%, which can achieve concentration ratios of 5-15 times or even higher. This not only greatly reduces the scale of subsequent treatment equipment, but also lowers costs. The pressure drop generated during its adsorption process is relatively low, power consumption is significantly reduced, and operating costs are low. Moreover, it adopts a modular design, which is easy to operate and relatively easy to maintain.

當廢氣進入 RTO 時,首先會經(jīng)過陶瓷填料床進行預熱,使廢氣溫度升高。隨后,廢氣進入燃燒室,在高溫(通常 760 - 950℃)條件下,VOCs 與氧氣充分反應,被氧化分解為二氧化碳和水。燃燒后的高溫氣體在排出時,會通過另一組陶瓷填料床,將熱量傳遞給即將進入的新廢氣,實現(xiàn)熱能的回收利用。RTO 的熱回收效率極高,可達 95% 以上 ,這使得它在處理廢氣時能耗大幅降低,運行成本也隨之減少。同時,其對廢氣的分解效率能達到 99% 以上 ,凈化效果顯著。

When the exhaust gas enters the RTO, it first goes through a ceramic packing bed for preheating, causing the exhaust gas temperature to rise. Subsequently, the exhaust gas enters the combustion chamber, and under high temperature conditions (usually 760-950 ℃), VOCs react fully with oxygen and are oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. When the high-temperature gas after combustion is discharged, it will pass through another set of ceramic packing beds to transfer heat to the incoming new exhaust gas, achieving the recovery and utilization of thermal energy. The heat recovery efficiency of RTO is extremely high, reaching over 95%, which greatly reduces its energy consumption and operating costs when treating exhaust gas. At the same time, its decomposition efficiency for exhaust gas can reach over 99%, and the purification effect is significant.
