　　預(yù)熱后的廢氣進(jìn)入燃燒室進(jìn)行熱氧化，使有機(jī)廢氣中的VOC氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。這一過(guò)程中，燃燒器燃燒補(bǔ)充熱量，使廢氣升至設(shè)定的氧化溫度（通常為730~780℃）。

　　The preheated exhaust gas enters the combustion chamber for thermal oxidation, which oxidizes and decomposes the VOCs in the organic exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water.
